Is this enough?

If one was to do the workouts from Skimble everyday will it be enough for them to get toned (build muscle) or is some kind of weight training at the gym necessary?

I love this app cause it helps you stay motivated, let's you log your workouts, and keeps you on track. Now, a gym isn't necessarily needed, but to me hitting the weights at a gym is the way to go. This app is really good for core exercises, but most of the stuff is body weight stuff & it can be easier to build muscle faster with weights in my opinion.
