Can you lose weight just by working out?

Rather than dieting can you actually lose weight by just working out and eating less?

You probably could but you'd have to workout more and if you eat less you wouldn't be supplying your body with enough nutrients to burn for the energy you'll be needing for all that extra working out. Your body might go into starvation mode causing your metabolism to slow way down and then you're doing more harm than good because obviously that's not healthy. Diet and exercise really do work best together.

Yes...weight loss is really a mathmatical equation...these numbers are based on ur own body and lifestyle..."dieting" rarely works but making changes eating withen ur personal caloric recommendation and exercise works just fine

I've read from authoritative sources that aerobic exercises are great for weight loss especially when combined with healthier eating choices
