Goals for the new year:
•Get back down to 130 ( I know this will take time and months, but it will happen )
•Start running again!
•cut sugers out (no soda, candy, nothing) BUT treat myself ONCE A WEEK!
•change my eating habits!
•drink more water!
•Renew my gym membership AND ACTUALLY GO! Haha
Well that's all I have so far! What do you guys think!?
