Any tips to get a horseshoe tricep?

I find that diamond pushups, dips, skull crushers, and tricep extensions with heavy dumbbells work the whole tricep muscle at different angles. You should see that horseshoe with hard work.

Thanks zach r for d info! I also want to know that ..do i need any supplement to get better results..or just doing hardwork will work!!

Personally I take supplements but not gaining but for recovery since my routines are not normal like weight lifters. Depending how often you do tricep movements, supplements can help in a faster recovery. Some go all natural (no supps) and gain. Everyone is different so proceed how you deem necessary.

Two exercises : 

close grip bench press

behind the next tricep extension 

dont forget to lock you tricep at the top of the movement to engage it
