What do you think about working out and drinking ??
Well anything you eat after drinking is absorbed as fat so wouldnt recommend take out. It definately would slow down weight loss, so if you are aiming for that I would give it up or have max 1 to 2 drinks of spirits (vodka, rum, bourbon) with soda water or just plain water w fresh lemon or lime as this is healthiest option and eat healthy food during/after drinking
Depends on your goals. And how long you want to take to reach your goals.
It wont stop your progress dead in its tracks... just likely slow it down... a lot..
