Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on running? I run occasionally-at school when we have to, but I feel like I come last in everything and I feel I need to improve, and since its the new year - what better time to start?
I also get tired out really easily, - does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to improve any of this?
