Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting more felxible? Ive always been quite flexible -im able to touch my touch my toes and things like that - but I really want to learn how to do things like the splits.
Ive been doing 100 lunges along with some other exercises everyday for atleast 3 weeks, though I havent been seeing any improvement. Im 5,5 and I weigh 118lbs.
Any tips or tricks?
