Need help!!i did squats without warm up nd my knee is hurting!!

Until then ice it and keep it elevated.

Always stretch before and after a workout drink plenty of water during the workout and warm up your body slowly before exercising seriously.

Hi mate, in future don't go so hard on your body, make sure you warm up before a workout warm up by moving around jogging on the spot and star jumps and get the blood pumping... Then do stretches after that, then do a work out.. But don't go overboard on your body, if your hurting on a squat don't go down as far or do them abit slower.

Just warm up using a generel warmup like running or rowing. Then warm up with bodyweight squats (10 should be fine) and make sure your form is good. If your knee hurts you probably used bad form.

I never warm up for squats to be honest, I found my knees only hurt when I first started out and my form was bad, so maybe it's your form? Don't let your knees for past your toes.

Haha sorry. Its just that i hear that so much while its not a que that holds so much truth. You can have great technique with ur knees going over the toes.

I'm only a beginner and everyone keeps telling me don't go over your toes, so I assumed it was the key to good technique lol
