Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on exercises that focus on the legs? // Also any foods that could perhaps burn calories?

Squats, lunges, tuck jumps, wall sits. I have a created workout for legs also - 'The Electric Chair: Ultimate Leg Burner'

Best trick is increased resistane. Increasing repetition wont shape ur legs in that way.
