I dont know what to eat at school I cant bring a sack lunch and im trying to loose weight help!
You could have something healthy like an apple or a piece of fruit and veg. I used to bring a small tub of salad - lettuce, cucumber, carrot sticks, tomato slices, etc.. or a fruit salad
If you wanted to go for a slightly tastier option I would recommend peanut butter spread on sliced apples.
Fruit and veg are packed with vitamins and minerals and are an easy way to burn calories and raise your metabolism.
Drink - alwaaaaays water.
You could also bring a small packet of nuts.
