On good days I workout
On bad days I workout out harder!!

What do u do whn ur sick? Like flu or cold? Any advice would b appreciated

When I'm sick I do a light workout. It helps me sweat it out and tires me out to sleep good.

It takes lot of willpower to do any kind of workout when you sick 
But a light workout will do you good 
Better than just laying in bed and do nothing coz it will make you feel even worse
