One of the best ways to get where you want to be is have a picture of your ideal body shape and size stand in front of a mirror and until your happy, keep working at it.
You probably need to look at your life style and make a few changes, sounds like your diet is playing a big part in not boosting your energy levels causing a lack of motivation.
