Whether it's losing inches or weight or just toning; how often should you workout a week?
Losing weight is more about creating a calorie feflict. What in my opinon gives the best results is eat for a lean body and train for a strong body. The eating element is key over training in this.
I think a good rule is to workout more days then you don't in a week. Even if it's only like 30 minutes a day.
Minimum of 3 times aweek plus a low calorie diet.start slow then increase the intensity as you go on.
