I've just binged on like 4000 calories, feel awful...

So my family made a buffet and don't get me wrong it was lovely, however I ate way way too much. I'm talking 4000 calories worth of food I've eaten. I normally binge purge but I'm trying to over come that so I haven't been sick however bad I feel. I just wanted to know, will I gain weight from that binge? I'm sat on the exercise bike as we speak to burn some off. I feel really guilty

Well hun, youre only gonna hurt yourself worse if you purge. I understand. Its ok :) we all have our falls, no matter how big (4000 cals) or small (300 cals). You know it can really go upwards from here, so do it! Starting your next meal choice, choose the best option. Workout. Just do not purge. It is ok to reward yourself every once and awhile, just try not to go overboard next time. We learn from our mistakes good luck if u ever need to talk, im here...

Thankyou so much, I feel alot better now. Don't worry, I won't purge this time because I'll only regret that even more :)

If you use noom weight application you will know to ruuuuun away from buffet first hand. but get well soon now.
