How much can you lift?

How much can you lift on: bench press, leg press, squat, and deadlift? How tall are you and how much do you weigh? I can bench 205lbs, leg press 405lbs over 15x, squat 350lbs, and deadlift 350lbs. I'm 5'8" and 150lbs.

Bench- 260
Leg press-12 plates
Squat-365
Deadlift-355 
At 6'4 190

That's awesome bro, I'm always trying to add weight in these areas. Trying to get to your level.

Yeah bench and deadlifts are my weak spots and tbh you look way stronger than me

Looks can be deceiving. That's still a good number. We can both push each other to get higher.

How much are you supposed to lift ? is there an amount that is better according to your weight?

Yeah it is. It's not your supposed to lift a certain weight just seeing what level people are at. I always try to lift heavier. People never believe me when I tell them what I can lift. Lol

LOL im only 45kg so I think I'll start with a low weight

Oh wow. Yeah, def start with a low weight. But not so light that its really easy. No workout in that. Your last three reps should burn.

Today i went to the gym for the first time of my life. No kidding. I think it was bench of 10pounds on each side...i couldn't do mpre than that
