The quickest way to lose body fat is by doing lots of cardio. Building muscle in the long run can help burn off fat w/ a combination of cardio, and is more effective from what ive learned, but that will be a longer period of time. Your best bet for quick results is a very clean diet and cardio.
Eating healthy is the very first step to burning fat just that can help you lose 2 lbs a week. Second, doing 30 to 60 minutes of intense cardio daily, followed by 15 to 30 minutes of weights 5 to 6 days a week. Uping your protein intake will up your metabolism which in return helps you burn more fat alot quicker as well. Motivation and dedication is highly recommeded as well.
