Im a mom and I workout at home the only thing I use is weights for squats etc other than that I do handstand planks and push ups in this position to push myself further you really dont need to buy a home gym in my opinion! More money for treating yourself and kiddies too 😄
If you are strapped for cash but want a home gym, I recommend a pull up bar and a resistance band. This won't cut it for body building, but if you are looking to lose weight or to get toned, they provide a good starting point and dont cost too much.
I'm just starting but that's what I try to do. Usually add in some dumb bells to make it a little bit harder.
Well what I do is so all body weight exercises. Pushups, pull ups, crunches, etc
