Motivation Struggle

I want to lose weight so badly but my motivation doesn't last longer than a couple days.'s the only thing stopping me.

My motivation is when I look in the mirror and am not happy with what I see. The only person that will truly help me is myself. I want it and WILL make it happen:-)

If you want it bad enough you will find the motivation somehow. Start small work up from there.

set small goals first u gotta crawl before u can walk.

It only takes 7 days to form a habit, try walking 20 min a day then build from there.

Totally agree with D ! Start small, even if it's something like walking more, going up and down the stairs, doing some squats every morning (I do about 70 every morning while my coffee is brewing). The fitness bug will bite eventually and you'll love it !
