Help me please someone!
I'm a 12yr old who needs to lose weight so bad someone plz help nothing is working and plz don't say you don't need need to or or too young i fly just need some results in two days and I'm talking big results like 10pounds please someone help me it driving me nuts I'm opened to all suggestions except saying don't do it thanks guys:-)
Ride a bike
Eat healthier less calories
More fruit vegetables nuts
Drink less sodas more water, tea
Cardio=weight loss. Strenth, such as weight training=muscle
News Flash, but you can't lose that much in two days: /
