I am a 17 year old girl, I weight 52 kgs (~114 lbs) and I am ~170 cm tall.
I want to change things a little. I am not fit, i have some unwanted fat around my body (mostly my midsection) and I need to get toned.
I really need a workout buddy to keep motivated... I'd be grateful and I would be glad to help with everything, with support, ideas and tips maybe.
