Well, I am a amateur basketball player but I don't have the strength enough to play for long time, also I pretend to go to a league, but I need what muscles I should work more to be a better player. Help!

Do you take anything to help with endurance? I'm a swimmer and distance runner so I know its all about training but its also about what your feeding your body...if you don't give it the nutrition it needs, it won't let you keep going...
