I'm training to be a cop. Any peace officers out there with recommendations on workouts?!

Cardio, Strengthen your back for wearing your duty belt and work on flexibility. Getting in and out of the squad when it's, cold, your tired, or sick can really do a number on your body. Being strong is great when you are hands on with someone but getting an injury due to lack of flexibility or running out of steam during that fight will get you killed.
