Okay... I need some help on creating some abs and losing a little but of fat on my stomach, because of track and my basketball.
Drink more water, no more sodas, less sweets, eat healthier, almonds are great to help abs,eggs,water,water,water!!!
You can do cardio to loose pounds.
Exercises for abs planks,flutter kicks,scissor kicks,vups,toe touches,crunches, bicycle,leg climbs......
