Need help (fatigue and tired)

I have started my diet about 3 or 4 days ago i want to lose weight so much i'm 71 kg ang 161 cm i eat 1200 cal per day but the problem that i found it really too hard i cut out chocolate , nescafe , soda and so on but i feel dizzy but i'll not have my usual harmful snacks like chocolate cake or chocolate bars or any deserts can any one give me s motivation to keep the hard work. ????

Don't over do it learn your body and what it needs/likes diet isnt as important as staying fit and active I n my opinion

I really want to be fit more than losing weight but losing weight first is my way to eat healthy, workout and stay fit

Try to eat smaller meals every 2 to 3 hours. Each meal should be around 300 calories. Also make sure you have protein and a carb at every meal. The perfect take along meal is an apple and a cheese stick. Dont forget your water as well. 3 liters a day at least. Your body is in withdrawal.... most people are addicted to sugar bc its in everything.
