I have started my diet about 3 or 4 days ago i want to lose weight so much i'm 71 kg ang 161 cm i eat 1200 cal per day but the problem that i found it really too hard i cut out chocolate , nescafe , soda and so on but i feel dizzy but i'll not have my usual harmful snacks like chocolate cake or chocolate bars or any deserts can any one give me s motivation to keep the hard work. ????
