1 gram of protein per pound of body weight on a daily basis(either by lean meats, foods(nuts etc) or shakes) plus continue with the exercise. Because you are building muscle you may notice you are losing inches in your waistline because muscle is denser than fat and will take up less space. Work in repetition ranges of maximum amount of weight you can safely perform for 8 to 12 reps for your sets to increase muscle hypertrophy(size)

Im worried these workout sessions would make me skinnier instead of gaining weight and muscles. Help anyone?

Eat peanut butter, chocolate milk, potatoes, protein, and carbs. Also lift heavy weights. That's the healthy way to gain weight.
