I feel amazing today! Sore of course but motivated and ready for tomorrow :) I am going to try to post every day to help me stay motivated and also so others can kind of experience my journey. Cardio recovery was much needed and felt great. (It was a lot of stretching and squats)

Amazing program, never gets easier because you will get STRONGER Don't give in, push past uncomfortable it's a rush to finish!!

That's great! I've done Insanity so I totally feel you. Finishing Insanity is an amazing feeling! It's going to get really tough throughout month 2 but you'll get through it. Never.Give.Up.
