I was just wondering if anyones every had to have there breathing controlled maybe because of axciety?
Because i've had a axciety & social disorder for nearly a year and I suffer.with loads of panic attacks and I get axicious alot.
Any advice thanks.
Hey Danielle, although I've never had anxiety or anything like that. I've had asthma since I was a Lil kid. So when I'd workout really hard. My lungs would burn and hurt. So although it sounds cliche I was taught to inhale through your nose, hold for 5 seconds, then exhale though your mouth. Repeat until you feel calm and have a regular heart rate.
