I already had one post about finding a workout buddy so I figured Ide try to It one more time, I'm working to join the military (Army) I have personal goals set in each category such as 60 push ups in 2 mins, 70 sit ups in 2 minutes and 14 minutes for my 2 mile jog/run. I live in the Cincinnati area if anyone in the tri-state area wants to come help.me it that would be awesome!!! Male or female would be great...
