1. Take a picture once a week on the same day
2. Download a collage app and place the pictures next to each other. Look at them every day.
3. Start with a few mins everyday and work your way up with commitment.
4. Reward your self!

All discipline seems hard and difficult at the time but those that train by it reap the rewards in the end... and the longer you discipline yourself the easier it gets.
