Oh my goodness. Pure cardio is not my favorite. Guess I better get good at it! I didn't do as well today as I would have liked. I was really tired from having to stay up with my son who was refusing to go to sleep (14 months old) but I told myself to do at least 15 minutes of it. So I did what I could until I thought I could stop them I realised there was only 10 minutes left so I finished it :) I will be honest though I pussied out on some but I jogged in place when I couldn't do any more. I have a hard time with high knees. Any suggestions to help that maybe? I can only do a few of them. Anyways on to day 6!
