jumping rope,60yrdsspeed chute spirts. i eat a blance diet 50 percent protein,40 carbs , thats what been working great for me.

I read its 90% in the kitchen and 10% in the gym..idk think its 65/35

I disagree entirely. It's a math equation with calories. If you burn more than you consume you will lose weight. Think the man who went on the controlled mcdonalds diet. Counted calories and started walking everyday and lost weight.

Eat healthy, workout more, not many carbs for dinner, don't nap, HIITs :)

Drinking more water especially before meals, taking time eating, and stopping when I'm satisfied not stuffed
