how do i lose as much weight as POSSIBLE in two weeks! (without starving)help please.

Two weeks isn't enough time make a substantial difference. Especially if you intend on keeping it off. It's a life style thing, not a two week commitment. However, drink water before eating, eat clean tight portions and do high intensity cardio. Meaning things like burpees, sprints and mountain climbers. Cut back on salts and sugars.

Walk the mall 8 hours a day ... Brisk walk preferably .. Drink a lot of water while at it  ..
