In a Penn state study all dieters lost 21 pounds whether they performed cardio
or strength training.
However, those who did cardio 6 of those pounds lost, came from muscle.
So pick up those WEIGHTS ladies and gents.
For every three pounds of muscle you can expect to burn an extra 120 calories a day without even using them!!!!!
