To any followers...
I am a stay at home mother of 2 very energetic young kids. Between playing and chasing my kids, and yoga which I do on my own at home, I am able to make it here to sprinkle in a few extra workouts randomly throughout the day. I guess I just didn't want you to think I am slacking or lazy, just incredibly busy and workout here when I can. 😺

I am right with you!! I was trying to find someone with my situation. I have to spread my workouts through out the day. I can barley even do a 15 min. Workout without have to pause or use my 15 sec break to go get my kids out of trouble!! Lol I have a 2 yr old and a 3 yr old. I'm right with u. And my 3 yr old has bad adhd so 15 mins for him to focus on something is all I manage to.get.
