When you feel like giving up think about why you started.
Almost said f*#% it this morning. Half way through pure cardio I was out of breath and tired and I was sprawled out on the floor dripping sweat. When I little voice inside me asked"why are you doing this?" I rested a few seconds and pushed on. Sure i can't do as much as them or go as fast as them... yet. I think if I at least try then I have not failed.
