Hey since you're woman, my suggestion to is u should workout with care, do not try to develop muscles, just lose weight,reduce fat and workout your stomach, which will keep you in good shape.

You are in shape I think..... and keep up the good work...... no higher weight trainings for someone like you..... go for smaller weights and workout for strengthening the core...... and cardio.....

Come on... You got to hit the gym... TODAY I did a heavy workout on chest and back and 30 minutes of abs workout..... N I m feeling awesome.....
