Been tired all day

I ate my grapefruit in the morning, drank water and worked. At work, I moved and organized the backroom and the front. .. cleaning and such. I get home and I'm so tired I want to nap. I hate napping and I really want to excerise or something. Is there a problem with maybe my diet?

Protein usually works for me. Peanut butter on two slices on hot toast takes away the hunger panks and tired feeling :)

You dont eat, you probably sleep to little and you have a demanding job. And now your asking me what your problem is?

If you are doing intermitted fasting you should eat a large meal when you get home from work.

You should also get 8+ hours a day, nappings fine. It doesn't really matter if you get 2-3 of them in the middle of the Day and Then only get 5-6 hours at night. So go fore a nap if your tied :)
