Remember last week how I could barely do the high knees?? I did 2 1/2 sets of those damn things today! I have to wake up earlier this week because hubby goes to work earlier and I have to take the kid to daycare. Morning motivation was very rough this morning. Lol

Keep on pushing!! I will be up and attem 5am start in about 2 weeks again after a year off, remind yourself that there are so many others doing the same thing and the metabolism boost you will get that early in the am will carry thru all day! You will be beyond glad you did it once it's done...amazing changes are coming to your physique!!

Continue to fight the good fight.  Love the daily updates.  I'm sure they help keep you motivated and helps motivate the rest of us"slackers" that sleep in as well.
