What are some healthy foods to eat when there's only junk food in your house?.

Get it of the junk foods and put some fruits and vegetables, whole wheat and low sugar cereals

Apples and peanut butter, yogurt and granola and berries, nuts (a small handful), carrots and dip  most things in moderation in moderation. The key is that moderation can be the toughie

Well if the ONLY things you have available to eat are junk foods try to eliminate the most unhealthy. Look at the nutrition label on it. If it is something like chips and has more than 10 ingredients (especially ones you can't pronounce) do not eat it. Try to eat the stuff with the least amount of "junk" (i.e. Sugar, salt). Good luck btw. I know how hard it is wanting to eat well but being surrounded by faux food :(
