New year, new me.
So being in myrelationship I've reached a weight I thought I'd never see... So I started this app for home workouts. Started eating 5 times a day( small portions) and cut out fast food, soda, junk food and salt. Never used to drink water, and now its all I drink. And I also quit drinking. Working and getting a treadmill at hone too. I think i have a good start, but Any other tips? Thanks!
