I slept like crap last night. Soooo I haven't done my workout yet :( I wish I did though. It's cardio recovery today. So I told myself this morning that it is the one workout I will allow myself to do after work if needed. I know!!!! Excuses... but I so needed the extra hour this morning. As important as my commitment to exercising is so is a good night's rest. Which I must say I have been sleeping very good at night with the exception of last night. I will check in again after tonight's workout :)
Great job! I can never do the whole work out. The warm ups always get me! Kudos!
9:30pm I finally got it done! My goodness! Reason#1 why I chose to work out in the morning. I would have had it done already lol. My legs were shaking so bad during the lunge pulses. They feel so good right now though! I hope I sleep good tonight so I can work out in the morning! Good night all! :-)
