So I was just curious to see how long it took for some of you to see results after working out for a bit? I've been off my work out plan for a while but I'm back at it. Going on a week straight now and im super excited for that time when I'll really start seeing changes. I already feel better. Suggestions are welcome too. I'm looking to lose around 50 pounds but I'm willing to work consistently to get there no matter how long it takes.
6 weeks for others to notice. 8 weeks for you to notice.
To see tje first ones couple weeks... for real ones couple months or so
