Anyone feel guilty when they don't work out for 1 day ??
I think it's normal to feel guilty if you're new to working out. Like Isaac said, having rest days is essential. You need to let your muscles relax. I believe that's why you see only 3-4 workouts a week in the workout programs.
I say this as a newbie, only been working out for 5 days now and today was my 'guilty' rest day.
I actually have nightmares of being morbidly obese again....SMH
Not really. Always a other day to get at it again.
