This morning had to get myself and my 2 kids dressed and ready to leave by 6:30am to drive forever to a visitation/funeral/distant family get together and literally just got back 30 min. ago. It was just before 10 pm and way to lste for the munchkins. Didn't get a workout in today and I feel it. Hate it. Kids come first though!! Have to make up tomorrow, sorry to followers. Not lazy, family business.

You don't need to feel guilty! Family does come first. As long as you're not giving up on working out or letting yourself find reasons to not workout regularly, you're golden.

I'm sorry for your loss, and hope your family is doing well during such a difficult time.

Take it positively and think of today as rest day. Tomorrow you will be more energetic and enthusiastic to workout...
