Tips for running in the cold weather

Does anybody have any tips? Except for bundling up

Layers and don't forget to hydrate.  You still get dehydrated, just not as quickly as in the heat.

Yes. That would be his reasoning. If it's what you love to do then don't listen to him. There's no health relates reason you shouldn't be running in the cold. (But yes others got it right with bundling up, but you knew that)

Hahah um only he can speak for himself but he probably was just responding a bit thoughtlessly. Aka. With no intention to help I guess? Otherwise he might have tried something more useful? I'm sure you know this but if youre a big runner make sure to cross train too at least twice a week cause running can be hard on your body/knees etc.

When you're running no matter how cold the weather is you will still sweat so I would recommend simple running tracks with a sweatshirt will do just fine...

The best advice I had about running in the cold was to dress for weather 10 degrees warmer than what it actually is outside, because you're going to get warmer, no matter how cold it is. Plus wear some sort of performance gear next to your skin to wick the moisture away.
