I have challenge myself to loss 20 pounds by May. Even though I have a back injury I am still going to shoot for this goal. Wish me luck. Do anyone have any tip?

eat lean protein:chicken breast,egg whites,turkey breast,lean beef,complex carbs:oatmeal, brown rice,sweet potatoes,apples,grapes,pineapples. good luck on your journey u can do it

See about consulting a physical therapist about your back injury, and any recommendation on safe and effective exercises for you. May the force be with you
