I thought I would write this post to help people new to training. I am just letting you know that a common mistake to new trainers is they go crazy on arm curls and curls of all kinds which is just focusing on biceps. The actual fact is that triceps are the bigger percentage of the arm making up for 2/3 of your size. So research some tricep exercise and get the most out of your arm training. Even go as far as researching fore arms as well.
