Stuck on weight.

I can't move from my weight after more than 1 month of exercising. I also track my calories from 1800 to 1200. I'm 5" tall and weigh 164.5 lb.

how much carbohydrates are u consuming?

I go by and just count the calories but also target not to go over the 50% recommended daily requirement.

Make sure youre drinking enough water, getting enough sleep and keeping your stress levels low

To really target fat loss you need to be doing intensive cardio. You really need not do more than a half hour so long as those are grueling. A diet of 1200 may actually be inhibiting you if you're working out hard since it will lead you to exhaustion. Also try changing your workout. If you're doing the elliptical primarily for example, try doing cardio with burpees, sprints, mountain climbers, jump squats etc. if you're interested in more feel free to personally message me
