What picks you up when you fall? What do you think before working out really hard? :P
Mine is how I will feel afterwards
The success of finishing a workout you thought you couldn't be able to do
And looking amazing of course ;)

Being healthy and staying out of the Dr.'s office keeps me motivated - too many American's spending $$$ on pharmaceuticals for things that can be eaisly prevented with good ol diet and exercise

Mines is from this video I seen. When I get tired, I remember the reasons why I am training. The moments in my life that I felt triumphant due to my hard work. It makes me strive to recreate those feelings.
