I run a lot and have recently been having my lower back muscles giving me issues. Even after changing my shoes and adding yoga to my routine is there anything else that might help?

Look into some pre and post stretching exercises.

"Back Pain Relief" is a great workout too strengthen your core, which helps maintain a proper alignment of your back. Believe it or not, pull ups may also help, when combined with a good core routine.
